Mendix Developer for Internet Platform Development
The HTW Berlin is a governmental university with deep international ties on campus and online. The university fosters a wide network of international partner institutions. These partners as well as other interested educational service provides and their lecturers should contribute to a network allowing teaching and learning exchange.
The HTW Berlin already developed a Django-based web-platform with different features as proof of concept. The aim is now to bring this concept alive using the low-code platform Mendix. This is to allow community programmers in the university to add new features later without the need of Django expertise.
The HTW Berlin is looking for an experienced Mendix Developer. The current position comprises for a modest number of working days.
Topics included:
· Online-meeting for two hours with the head of the project group for a discussion regarding aim of the platform and user stories,
· Reviewing the provided platform implementation (equals proof of concept) to gain a deeper knowledge in the purpose of the platform and raise questions regarding the concept and possible improvements in terms of additional features.
Based on these steps, the written concept of up to 5 pages text including figures consists of
· Description of working packages to implement the solution in Mendix
· Data model details,
· Workload estimate to implement the solution in Mendix
· Summary with Pro and Cons
Language of discussion is English. Work is being finished ideally in 2 weeks.
