MeetMe Messaging Bot Development

I need a Python-or any code based bot using Selenium to automate messaging online users on MeetMe.com.

Requirements:
- Load account list from a text file - multy threads
- Log in to MeetMe with email and password
- Bypass Cloudflare captcha
- Navigate to Discover page, filter by city
- Detect and message active users (green dot)
- Use a predefined message: "Hello! Any plans for the weekend? Let's make it." or send by sources -input
- Loop through user profiles, send messages, and repeat
