Medical Appointment & Profile Management

I'm looking for someone to build a medical appointment system with profile management for doctors and patients.

Key Features:
- Doctors should be able to create a profile that includes textual description and videos
- A feature to track appointments should be integrated
- A system for electronic document management for patients. This should allow for secure storing, retrieval and sharing of patient documents
- A blog section for doctors to publish articles

Design:
For the design, I am looking for a simple and intuitive look. The site should be easy to navigate for both doctors and patients.

Patient Interaction:
Patients should be able to:
- Book appointments online
- View doctor profiles and articles
- Submit and access their electronic documents

Ideal Skills:
- Project must be completed in HTML & CSS for front-end and Python Flask with MongoDB for backend.
- Proficiency in web development and UI/UX design
- Experience in medical appointment system and profile management
- Strong understanding of database management and data security
- Good communication skills for potential future maintenance.
