Maxwell Boltzmann Distribution

The goal was to make a code where random velocities will be generated using a Cumulative Distribution Function and will choose velocities at random based off a Maxwell Boltzmann curve. If the code is correct the velocities will be generated randomly, and I need someone to help me figure out why the code does not produce a nice curve when velocities are generated in it randomly.
