Matlab to python data science (time-seriers analysis) code translation

The code is around 5000 lines in Matlab divided into different functions. The code includes getting data from public APIs, sorting and imputing data, storing and retrieving data from MySQL database, modeling time series using Econometric models, LSTM neural networks, and Singular Spectrum Analysis. All of these functions must be optimized for parallel computation. The code also has batches that run the previous functions asynchronously and in parallel.
