Master's Level Data Science Project

I have a data science project for master's students. I need help preparing a complete, professional project that includes the attached details in a Word file titled "Project." I want it submitted within two weeks. The submission should be as a Word file, and the Python code should be submitted in a separate file. I have also attached examples named "Example 1" and "Example 2" to illustrate how the required project is written and proceeds. Please read the instructions carefully and let me know if you are able to complete them.

The project title is open-ended and not specific. You must choose a specific problem relevant to engineering management, such as construction delays in Saudi Arabia. You must write a complete report, collect relevant data, clean the data using the appropriate methods, and then process it using one of the methods mentioned in the report. All data must be from reliable sources, and the work must not include plagiarism exceeding the specified amount.

I will also include specialized data sites that can be used to extract the required data according to the title. The total data used must exceed 100 samples.
