Marketing project using Python or R - Predicting Brand Choice With Discete Choice Models -- 2

I'm looking to hire a freelancer to help me with a marketing project using either Python or R. I need them to predict choosing a brand using Discrete Choice Models. I need the project to have both qualitative and quantitative data. Whether they use only Python, only R or both Python and R is optional. Although there are hints provided for R code. But I need this project to use a Discrete Choice Model as the main model.
