Making an application for a smart monitor

a smart monitor project with features such as: facial recognition, playing music with text, showing news and weather, playing video conditionally. This project has already been done with Django language, but for optimization, it needs to be rewritten with a new language in the form of an application. All information such as UI and wireframes and access to the Django web application are available. Please send me the suggested language and the reason for using it.
