Make an alexa skill for home automation

I am looking for a freelancer to create an Alexa skill for home automation for personal use. The specific task I would like the skill to perform is lighting control. The script should automatically discover and connect to the devices. Also the script should have basic features that a regular alexa home automation skill should have.
Language preferred : Python
