Make and Train an AI on Pictures

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create and train an AI that specializes in image recognition. The AI should be able to classify images based on their content.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong background in AI and machine learning
- Expertise in image recognition and classification algorithms
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and TensorFlow
- Experience with training and fine-tuning AI models using datasets
The client already has a specific dataset in mind for training the AI. However, the freelancer should also be capable of sourcing additional datasets if needed.
