Make an Automation Tool that Web scrapes and auto list data for resale/dropshipping purposes

Hello so I have this idea for a (Automation Tool) that will scan specific categories in shopgoodwill.com. This site has both Auction and Buy it now categories of different products that are set in a timer. Some of the items being sold in the buy it now section have 1 cent shipping as well. My ideal ( Automation Tool ) would scan buy it now section with penny shipping and then post some of these items to my E-commerce store. It would also scan the site periodically to make sure the items haven't been bought throughout the time frame as well as delist the item off my site if the time frame ends or the item is bought from the Goodwill store. How possable is this or what parts of it are possable thank you.
