Mail Sending python Script

Hello I need email sending script made by python
The script must do those rules :
- Accepting Most known SMTP connection
- Accepting Port 587 and 465 connection
- Accepting HTML through sending
- Special add in HTML : ##email## (righting the email sent in the HTML when sending - ##name## (change it with name given with email in the list (email, name,addresse))
- Sometimes I will need to just use 1 Special add and sometimes I will need more (this one must be changeable from script setting page )
- I must Put thread , time out in sec , how much pausing in sec after sending x email
- Script must work correctly when using proxies : In setting page I need to have option on/off for proxy list
- Proxy list must be uploaded in file text
