I'm looking for a seasoned developer who can build an AI powered chat bot for me. It should leverage a knowledge base derived from 20 large CSVs containing information about all the Magic: The Gathering cards.
Features:
- The bot should be capable of answering specific queries about cards.
- It should be able to provide card suggestions based on various criteria.
- The bot must handle general inquiries and provide support.
- Finally, it should be equipped to assist users in creating decks based on given inputs.
Technical Details:
