PC Macro Creator Based on Image Detection

I'm looking for a tool that can create macros based on static images detected on my desktop.
Key Features:
- For each image, assign a key press (single/multiple/held).
- Include loop functionality until manually stopped or a specified number of presses is reached.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing static images macro tools
- Ability to work with image detection software.
I have uploaded 3 images that I would be using to show you a sample, there are about 4 or 5 more images but they are all similar.
Additionally, I can provide all the images and the corresponding key mappings. If it's more cost-effective, you can use tools like AutoHotkey, SikuliX, UI.Vision, or similar solutions to complete the project.
