Machine learning and data science soccer prediction bot

I'm part of a telegram tips group that has exactly what I want (I'll post the group's prints to get an idea of what I'm talking about).
A bot that sends soccer match tips, on the match odds market, 24 hours before the event takes place. The bot works with minor leagues and sends tips with odds ranging from 1.50 to 3.00.
This bot sends the tips with the odd based on the BWIN house.
But if I already have what I want in this group, why make my own bot? To have more control, autonomy and freedom in my bets.
The main changes and features I would like for the new bot would be:
- Add more leagues, especially the big leagues.
- Be able to submit tips before the 24 hours before the events (Example: 28, 30, 36, 48 hours before. However, NOT less than 24 hours). The ideal would be as soon as the bookie makes the game available, which usually takes place 48 hours before the event.
- Use the odds of the Pinnacle house as a basis at the time of sending, if possible.
- Odds from 1.50 to 3.00.
- Work exclusively in the Match Odds market, excluding DRAW. Just Home or Away.
- The bot must go through a huge backtest before it can run, and show satisfactory results with the lowest possible drawdown, average odd around 2.00 and satisfactory win rate.
- Must run 24/7/365.
- I would like him to send the tips in a private telegram channel in the same format as shown in the screenshots.
I do not have any programming experience, so the responsible programmer should tell me in an easy and clear way what he and I will need to DO, MAINTAIN, and IMPROVE the bot, when possible.
I will provide whatever tools are needed to the programmer responsible for the project, upon demand.
