Machine learning code to retrieve parameters from forward model.

Machine learning expert needed to develop a code that will retrieve parameters from a forward model. The project requires the use of Python programming language and the model will be trained on numerical data. I am open to suggestions on the preferred machine learning library or framework to be used. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine learning, Python programming and data analysis. The project budget is negotiable based on the experience and qualifications of the freelancer.
