Machine learning - classification - Product Tags Suggestion

Dear Freelancer,

I will need a PHP software(Front-end) to produce suggestion for product tags.
Data for training, there is a dataset consist of 200,000 Products tags together with related categories, Types, Related searches.

Basically front-end will be used as API, we call it by product title or description, it produce relevant tags for it.
Back-end can be done by python or software of your choice.

Tags.csv - Data for training (SAMPLE)
Products.xlsx (Sample for product title or descriptions)
