Machine learning OCR and NER project

I am looking for a freelancer to work on a machine learning OCR and NER project. The desired output of the project is to extract text from documents, identify named entities, and categorize them. The preferred programming language for this project is Python. I have a specific dataset to use for training the OCR and NER model.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in machine learning, OCR, and NER
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience with training machine learning models using specific datasets
- Familiarity with text extraction techniques and named entity recognition algorithms
- Ability to categorize identified named entities accurately
