DESCRIPTION:

I am seeking assistance with a reinforcement learning project. I have a clear problem statement that I need help solving using machine learning techniques.

I need to create a universal tool to extract information from various PDFs and websites. The PDFs or websites will have different structure / layout.
The tools will used by our operator. The operator will input University Name, University Website URL, University PDF Brochure.
The tools will find information from the PDF and Website.
After data collected, the tools will hit our API to save to our database.
