Looking freelancer for data entry

I need a python code for machine learning which uses supervised learning. In this project is used for the civil engineering field. First I will give all delay factors with mean time for each activity in a construction project, after that using supervised learning to make an algorithm to predict the total delay of a project before the project is commenced
