Machine Learning Project with Python and MATLAB, based on Neural Networks

A machine learning classification problem being solved using neural networks. Code debugging and running of debugged code for simulating it and verifying the accuracy. Code is in Python and Simulation required in MATLAB. Single person project. Code is available, minor changes required. Not much of effort required. Work is urgent / priority.
