I am looking for a machine learning and natural language processing expert to help with a project focused on sentiment analysis.

Programming Language Preference: Python

Skills and Experience:
- Experience with AZURE cognitive or GCP NLP
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Proficiency in Python programming language

Dataset:
- Documents and dataset will be provided

Goal:
- The desired outcome of the project is to perform sentiment analysis on the provided dataset using machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
