I've recently conducted a research where I utilized a variety of machine learning models for detecting malware based on API call sequences. Specifically, in this project:
- I applied Support Vector Machines (SVM)
- I used Random Forest
- I implemented Neural Networks
- I also utilized Protonet and Siamese models
The purpose of the research paper is to primarily analyze the accuracy of these models when employed for malware detection.
The dataset used for this research was API call data which was manually collected.
