Machine Learning Engineer to create an algorithm that can detect specific faces and blur them out.

I am looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to create an algorithm that can detect certain faces in a photo and automatically blur all the faces in all the photos out. I will use this algorithm on a website.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Python and JavaScript (Specifically NodeJS or ReactJS) programming languages and be familiar with ML & CV algorithms.
