We are a growing startup focusing on improving the interview preparation experience for job seekers. ‘PredictQ’ is our flagship product and currently live on the Android App store. This short to medium term contract will be for building new features of PredictQ app from backend side. PredictQ helps to prepare for any kind of interview and makes it easy and engaging for candidates.
Required Skills
1.Solid understanding of building machine learning models , data clearing , preprocessing, deploying these models, fine tuning the performances.
2.Good understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP). Hands-on knowledge of python libraries like spacy, nltk.Training and testing NLP models
3.Hands on experience with programming languages like python,java, shell .Writing clean , secure and quality code with unit test cases.
4.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and DevOps automation.
5.Should have good knowledge of REST.Developing api with python using flask.
6.Good to have knowledge of Docker,Firebase,Cloud run and GCP components
High-level Scope of Work
1.Improve Resume Parsing
Extracting required entities (for e.g. sector, domain, industry, experience level, skillset, employment gaps, etc.) from resume/CV of candidate
2.Type Of Interviews
Add new types of interviews (for e.g. Case study interview, Salary negotiations, HR, Behavioural, etc.)
3. Video Interview
Mock interview through video / audio medium
Dynamic questioning to candidate based on his/her responses
Instant feedback on the candidate's body language, type of emotions showcased, confidence level, clear articulation, etc.
4.Interview Bot
Interacting with the candidate depending on its responses . Create a similar experience as an in person interview .
5.Web Scraping
To build questions repository for different industry and domain specific topics along with ideal answers
Gather raw questions and answers from the internet, perform quality checks, refine the content (grammatical errors, context simplification, etc.)
6.DevOps Knowledge:
Creating CI ,CD pipelines using open source tools .
