Machine Learning-Based Cybersecurity System Development and Report Writing

I need a freelancer to develop a machine learning-based cybersecurity threat detection system and write a final report (8,000 - 10,000 words) based on my Project Initiation Document (PID).

Scope of Work:
- Develop a real-time threat detection system using machine learning.
- Implement models such as Random Forest, SVM, LSTM, and XGBoost.
- Process network traffic and system logs using tools like Kafka, Flink, or Spark Streaming.
- Build a dashboard (Python Dash or Streamlit) for real-time visualization.
- Ensure the system runs locally with clear installation instructions.
- Write a plagiarism-free and AI-free final report following academic standards.
- The report must pass Turnitin and Originality.ai checks (AI confidence below 40%).

Requirements:
- Experience in Machine Learning and Cybersecurity
- Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
- Knowledge of Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming
- Experience in Dashboard Development (Dash, Streamlit)
- Strong academic writing skills (Harvard Referencing)
