Mac App Notarization Assistance Needed

I've developed a Python application for Mac and need help with notarizing it through the Apple Store. I have been trying to submit the app for Notarization but it keeps getting rejected stating "Team is not yet configured, Contact Support".

I'm looking for a freelancer who has experience with this issue and possesses an Apple Developer account to simply sign my app. I don't need it submitted to the App Store, I just want it notarized so that users can download it from my website.
