MVP Chatbot & Feedback System Development

I’m looking for a developer to help build a private MVP that connects YouTube Shorts performance with merch sales on Springtee. The system will feed this data into an existing chatbot which will recommend what to sell and how many units based on video results.
This is a private setup. It will not be made public and is only for internal use.
What I need built
Connect Springtee to pull merch sales data. This could be through API, email parsing, or another reliable method
Connect to YouTube Data API to pull video performance metrics such as views, likes, watch time, and comments
Link sales to videos using Bitly or UTM tracking so we know which video drove which sale
Feed both sales and video performance into the chatbot I already use
Let the chatbot output basic sales guidance like how many items to produce or stop selling
Optional but helpful is a simple report or summary of performance each week
Tech stack preferred
Open to Python, Node.js, or anything you’re comfortable with
Google Sheets or Firebase is fine for data storage at this stage
ChatGPT API is already being used
Zapier or Make can be used for any automation if that helps
