MRI Tumor Detection Benchmark Implementation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have developed an anomaly detection model using a diffusion model on MRI scans to identify tumors. I'm currently swamped with other commitments and need an expert in medical imaging to implement three or four benchmark methods for me. The benchmarks I have in mind are f-AnoGAN, VAE (reconstruction), VAE (restoration), and an unsupervised method. I attached a paper to give you more clarification and details.
