Lotto prediction python program using ML, AI $260-$500
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Looking for someone who can build a Python program that will analyze the last 100 lotto draws and predict the next draw.
1. The input for analysis must be in a CSV format.
2. I must be able to change the parameters to tweak the outcome
3. The program must implement machine learning
4. Must predict a serious of 5 numbers from 1-69 and 1 additional Powerball number 1-25
5. The program should give a prediction in the form of a percentage for each series. The number of series' should be unlimited and I'm order from highest percentage
6. A full explanation of the program and how it works is mandatory.
7. We want at heard a 90% prediction rate
8. We need prompt responses and good communication throughout the job
Notes: I will provide the initial CSV file with the data to work off of. The project will be deemed accurate when it is at least 90% accurate. Send me your thoughts and any limitations you think may occur with this job.
