I want to develop a Case Study of Predictive Modeling as follows:
2. We are interested in understanding what are the main contributing factors toward heart disease. We have been given a patient-level dataset that measures key demographic and health outcomes for a given patient. This dataset has been flagged whether or not that patient was ultimately diagnosed with heart disease in the target column. We have also been provided a data dictionary in the Heart_Disease_Patient_Data_Dictionary tab.
Questions:
A. Use a predictive model to identify the main contributing factors towards heart disease.
B. Put together a mock up visual to share the results of your analysis. Be prepared to discuss which model(s) you used and why.
Note:
1) You should use Python note book and use Pandas. For this predictive model, please use Logistic Regression, Random Forest and any other ML algorithm to compare which model produce the best result.
2) Please apply all the steps of data preprocessing such as finding missing value and delete the row if necessary, or use mean / median to fill up, find outlier if available, data visualization to see the dimension of data and use dimensionality reduction if necessary, feature engineering if needed, all other steps you think need to use.
3) Make a good report including all necessary explanation and reason of using model, model verification, result verification etc.
