Looking for a telegram bot developer
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello,
I am looking for a telegram bot developer who can develop a script for me using python/C# (Preferred C#) for some basic work and challenging.
The bot should do these job:
1. Send messages to the bulk users without blocking
2. Can scrape members from public or private telegram groups/channels.
3. Can add unlimited members to my own group/channel.
Qualifications:
1. You must be familiar with telethon/TelegramBot and programming language either Python or c#
2. Must write the codes using comments.
3. You will deliver me the source codes also.
4. It can be console or better with a smooth UI
5. The deadline will be 1 week.
6. The budget is not fixed but you will have a lot of opportunities and regular jobs from me on a regular basis.
Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, cover letter, and examples of previous Telegram bot projects
