Looking for a python telegram developer to update my shopbot

Hey guys i am looking for a python telegram developer who can help me out solve a problem on my telegram shopbot.
At the moment i save all the products with image in a database (mongodb) which makes an specific unique file id for my bot. But what i want is whenever i change the token for the bot, i still want to use that picture but i can't because it makes a hash for it that is only usable by that bot.
Is there any person who knows how to solve this problem, maybe save the picture in a folder and the rest of the products in a db or something? Thank you for your help
