Looking for indicator that plots 4 horizontal lines on the intraday timeframe using ThinkorSwim Platform Software

I am looking for an indicator that plots 4 horizontal lines that works on all intraday timeframes for ThinkorSwim Platform, TDAmeritrade. First plot line starts at 10am, second plot line starts at 11am, third plot line starts at 1pm, and fourth plot line starts at 2pm. All 4 lines draw to the end of trading hour. Indicator should have an option to turn on/off plots on all previous days. See attached picture for example.
Please only programmer with ThinkorSwim coding experience will be accepted. Please show your previous work on indicator for ThinkorSwim. Most I can pay is $50. Please only bid if you can accept $50 max. You must test your code to make sure it is working before sending it to me and that means you must have ThinkorSwim software installed in your computer to test it.
