Looking for a good test automation developer for SW-house

We on the behalf of our client looking for an good test automation developer. A candidate should have a sound experinence in the field of test automation. The tools we used today are python, selenium and in house build automation test framework. A candidate had to work from beginning to end of test process such as writing and creating test cases, implementing them etc
Note : Each task is fix budget and it will be discuss with the candidate in the beginning. It is long term project and we keed someone who can in up and downs
