Looking for chatbot developer

I am looking for a chatbot developer who can help me build a chatbot that will work on WhatsApp. The primary purpose of the chatbot would be to provide general information to users. Although I have some ideas on how the chatbot should look and feel, I would appreciate guidance from the freelancer.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in developing chatbots for WhatsApp
- Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML)
- Excellent communication skills to understand my requirements and provide suggestions to improve the chatbot's functionality
- Ability to design and develop a user-friendly chatbot interface
- Experience in integrating the chatbot with external APIs, if needed.
