Looking for a Python developer with Twitter and Telegram API experience

I am looking for a Python developer who has experience working with Twitter and Telegram APIs. We need someone to setup a bot for us. This person will be replacing another developer we had working for us who is stepping down, so the program for the bot is already written, we just need someone with experience who can run the code smoothly and perhaps help us make changes in the future if needed. We are looking for a long term partnership.
