Looking for Python/Perl Developer

I am looking for a backend developer to support our growing business doing cross-border trade and international shipping.
Business model is supported with a great number of specialized API endpoints and asynchronous backend processes.
The platform has grown from a monolithic application to the multi layer distributed system touching on all aspects of client's business needs.
My main platform consists of a Perl 5 code base with some services implemented in Python 3.

This role requires strong communication skills in English, as well as comprehensive troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities :
-Collaborate with various experts on best applied practices ;
-Being part of a skilled team discuss and develop requirements, interface definitions and drive features supporting client needs
-Independently design and develop testable code that fits existing systems ;
-You'll be working with AWS cloud services ;
-Embracing extensible design, meeting required performance, quality and compliance
- Utilize best practices and industry standard in packaging, testing, deploying and monitoring our applications.

Requirements:
-At least 4 years of development experience in developing APIs and backend services;
-Knowledge of Python; Perl; Ruby; PHP ;
-Familiarity working with SQL databases;
-Strong working experience with REST APIs(OpenAPI, JSON Schema);
-Familiarity with Docker and containerization;
-Experience with message queues( e.g. RabbitMQ, SQS, Cloud Tasks etc.)

Nice-to-haves:
- Experience working with Kubernetes, Helm and GitLab CI/CD ;
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch engine ;
- Familiarity with caching services (Memcached, Redis etc.)
- Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Google Functions etc.)
- Familiarity with XML-RPC, SOAP, gRPC or GraphQL protocols and standards ;
- Familiarity with InfluxDB, Prometheus, Grafana .
