I am looking for a Hyperledger Indy 2/Python3/Flask API expert to build Flask backend APIs. The project requires specific features and functionalities which I have provided a list for. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing APIs using Hyperledger Indy 2, Python3, and Flask.
