Looking for an Apple MacOS Expert
Budget: $10 – $15 USD
You will need to create 2 (two) different files.
The first file will be a very simple Shell or Python script.
The second file will be a very simple Daemon XML .plist file

Step #1
Using the builtin macOS command line: " say - Convert text to audible speech ", " This tool uses the Speech Synthesis manager to convert input text to audible speech and either play it through the sound output device chosen in System Preferences or save it to an AIFF file. "
you will need to create a very simple Shell (.sh) script or a Python (.py) script that will audio output (speech) the following audible sentence:
It is time for you to take a break
Step #2
Regardless whichever users is currently log in to the system, you will need to create a system-wide Daemon file (XML 1.0 document text, ACII text (.plist)) that will load and run in background and will load and run on behalf of the root user and will load and run the Shell script or the Python script (created in Step #1) EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR.
Example the Daemon file will load and run the Script file at 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, etc. etc.
Side Note: You can name the Daemon file as you like, just make sure that by convention job names are written in reverse domain notation.
Side Note: My Apple macOS Big Sur 11.4 laptop use the Default US Standard Time Format: AM / PM
