Looking For Python Desktop App Developer

Hello, i am looking for a skillful python app developer. He must be familiar with Github / Github Rest API.
I already have an app made & is working perfectly fine. Attached is small 2 minutes video (App functionality.mp4), showing all its functioanlity. I need to some more features to it. Attached is the List (Additional Requirements ) , If freelancer wants to see more detailed working it can be shown to him via Teamviewer or AnyDesk or Zoom, whichever freelancer is comfortable in viewing. If you have watched video and read the requirements, write number # of additional requirements at start of bid so i can filter genuine freelancers from automatic bids. Thanks.
