Long term need for Python and JavaScript developers
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking for experienced Python and JavaScript developers for an ongoing long-term project building internal tools and platforms. This role requires the following:
Skills & Experience:
+Experience with Python and JavaScript
+Proficiency in web frameworks like Django
+Strong understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, REST APIs, etc.)
+Experience building admin panels, dashboards, and internal platforms
+Knowledge of UI/UX standards and accessibility
+Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
+Bonus: Experience with data science, machine learning, or NLP libraries
Responsibilities:
+Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and scope projects
+Estimate timelines for completing milestones or sprint goals
+Architect front-end and back-end systems, interfaces, and integrations
+Write code adhering to style standards, conventions, and best practices
+Identify and troubleshoot issues throughout the development lifecycle
+Support transition from development staging environments to production
+Maintain and improve systems, features, and technical debt after launch
+Document work, solutions, and operating procedures for other developers
This is a remote, long-term contract role requiring 40 hours per week with flexibility to scale effort up or down as needed. Please provide hourly rates, previous work samples, and availability if interested.
