I need a skilled Python developer with AI expertise to create a local Python-based AI Receptionist agent that can interact over phone calls. The specifics of the project are as follows: You provide detailed instructions (including how to get phone number and use phone code provider, all needed installations on Windows and how to get LLM API keys , including screen shorts and work flow video how to do all needed ) and write python code and provide architecture. I need voice phone call conversation using AI agent using Amazon Connnect phone service. Agent is for conversation fulfilling Receptionist duties with LLM openai or other good cloud based LLM. First greeting by name (like Hello Name I am AI agent lets talk and saving to txt log file time and caller phone number (use caller id function from Amazon Connnect) through looking into customers table using customers excel file saved on local disk and caller id function to get caller phone number, for calling person phone number using caller id. If new customer then register : voice AI agent get name and phone number and address; then register to local saved customers excel file. For phone services use Amazon Connnect or another find provider which can provide USA phone number and voice to text input for local running python code and text to voice from local python code to caller phone (long conversation as needed in the one same call support important ). All dialog text saved to txt file like timestamp 1 client message ; agent message; timestamp 2 client message ; agent message; etc
use Amazon Connnect for voice to text and text to voice, not openai
so python code gets input text from caller voice and sends to Amazon Connnect text, then Amazon Connnect convert text to voice to send to caller
Agent talks with customer for long time as needed implementing all needed Receptionist duties like: set up appointment (check schedule and find available time for appointment [simulate appointments time schedule in exell file or Calendly or etc ] ) and also any other question (LLM can support any conversations)
put appointment set to appointments schedule , prevent appointment overlapping ; say prices to product and get order, simulator orders table ; etc
acceptances criteria I can do by myself on my windows computer using your detail instructions (including how to get and use phone code provider ) and your code provided
