Loan Management Application

I want a Desktop Application that can manage private lenders' personal loans. The most basic requirement of this application is to be constructed in Python Language and have a database in Microsoft Excel. This application is to be only a single-user application going to be used by the lender only. And no eye-catching frontend is required, a very simple and basic structure will do just fine. Related to other features or functions we can discuss later
