Loan Loss Forecasting Algorithm with Python (LSTM Model will be preferable)

I'm looking for a programmer who can help me create a time series forecasting model using Python. The main aim is to predict the future default rates on lending loans based on past data.
Key Requirements:
- Past data includes monthly default rates till a specific time period.
- The time period for which the default rates are available will vary.
- There will be multiple customer, taken loan for a different time period at different months. Use all data of all customers to predict the future default rates based on the given data. Moreover, if a new customer takes loan what would have been the default rates of that customer if the customer had joined some time back in the past.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong understanding of ML Model especially LSTM will be preferrable.
Your deliverables will include the forecasting code, any preprocessing steps needed, and documentation on how to use the model.
