Load Tweets

I need a python function that reads all tweets daily from a list of accounts and a list of tags, then sorts them all by the number of retweets, number of likes and save the top 10 retweeted and liked tweets locally

There should also be a variable that lists banned accounts, hashtags and keywords, that we never use their posts.
