Load and Combine multiple datasets for machine learning

I am looking for an experienced programmer to help me with a project that involves loading and combining multiple datasets for machine learning. The dataset format needed is CSV. Data cleansing is not necessary. The programming language to be used is Python. The person hired for this project must have experience with Python programming and datasets. They should also have knowledge of machine learning and concepts related to it.
