Llama 3 Installation for Windows

Hi. I am looking for someone to install an LLM like Llama 3 from Huggingface on my local machine and train it to read a knowledge base I have in PDFs and TXT files. It will generate answers and texts based on the knowledge base files. Everything should run on my local machine. I should have a basic interface for me to add or remove files from the knowledge base.

Please, let me know how much it would cost and how long it would take to deliver the work.
