Live People Counter docker container using Nvidia GPU

Looking for someone with experience in OpenCV or Nvidia Deepstream that can create a live people counter using an RTSP stream as an input. Must be embedded into a docker container and using Nvidia CUDA cores rather than CPU. There are many public people counters on Github which I am happy to use, would like to discuss further with a candidate. Many more computer vision projects after this.
