Literature NLP & Analysis Python Project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
This project will be bound by NDA - by accepting the position you agreeing to these conditions.
I'm looking for a NLP and Python expert who can help me debug and fix my analytical academic literature research tool. This project involves:
- NLP of text (scibert, Lda,etc)
-performs: literature analysis—> link and exploration —-> research identification ideas
- report and Visualization of data to present findings in an understandable way
Flask app run locally
I HAVE ALREADY BUILT THE PROGRAM BUT IT NEEDS SOME MAJOR DEBUGGING AND PROPER VIRTUAL ENVIRNMENT SETUP (IDEALLY AWS VM OR OTHER SUITABLE) - IM A JUNIOR DEVELOPER AND I NEED AN EXPERT TO CLEAN THIS UP AND DEBUG.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have strong Python skills, experience with NLP/ Data science, data analysis and a ideally familiar with academic research api's. You should be able to work independently, think critically and communicate your findings in a clear and concise manner.

I have developed an advanced Python-based application Auto Researcher Tool. This tool is designed to assist researchers (myself) in analyzing existing literature, uncovering novel research areas, and identifying interdisciplinary connections.
The core functionality includes:
1. Data collection from multiple academic databases via APIs
2. Advanced NLP analysis using SciBERT and ensemble clustering
3. Research idea generation and ranking
4. Interdisciplinary connection identification
5. Predictive analysis for research trends
6. Visualization of results
7. Comprehensive report generation
Other key features implemented so far: * SQLite database for data persistence * API limit management and caching system * Customizable ranking for research ideas * File structure management for organizing outputs * Interactive visualizations using Plotly * PDF and BibTeX report generation
